INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS WHICH FAIL TO DELIVER.


 
May I float the idea that Government might legislate that ISP's charges should diminish the lower the speed provided. Its exceedingly simple for the IS provider to measure that on an hour by hour basis. But even more to the point that an ISP should not be allowed to claim the speed that 10% of its clients get as the Norm, for such isn't the case. To me it smacks of underhandedness. My case is no different from that of my neighbours. August 2015.

Maybe all who are failing to get the speed they are paying for might complain to their Member of Parliament. JBP 11.8.15
