'As Julian Assenge is under the protective hospitality of the Ecuador Embassy, he isn’t the concern of either the Police Service or the British Government. I suppose if the Civil Service is to be privatised one can expect no end of such nonsense. If Assenge leaves the Embassy, that will be time enough to apprehend the fellow.
